  1. There's Liz, Ava, Greta, Gene, Hedy, Rita.. but when you see Vivien Leigh there is no question as too who the most beautiful woman in the world is. Her features looked like they were carved by a master of sculpture. The most breathtaking eyes, and the cutest cat-like grin. She blows you away in Gone With The Wind- particularly the birthday scene when she is wearing that stunning red dress. But in Waterloo Bridge and That Hamilton Woman too- she gives every famously beautiful woman in the world a run for their money.
