Note from the classic movie gentleman:

This is one of the very first Marilyn films I have ever watched when growing-up. I thought it was hillarious and Marilyn, Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis has great chemistry together. The comedy timing with all of them and the doe eyed curvacious Marilyn aka Sugar was perfect!

Quote: "I wanna be loved by you, just you, nobody else but you. I wanna be loved by you alo-o-one. Boop boop e doo."

Plot:
It is 1929, Joe (Curtis) and Jerry (Lemon) are in Chicago trying to make it big in the music scene. These two struggling men become witness to the Sanit Valentine's Day Massacre which has them terriffied for there life. The gangsters led by 'Spats' Columbo (Raft) notice that Joe and Jerry were eyewitnesses and go after them. Jerry and Joe decide to flee and save themselves and go on a train heading to Florida. The little small detail is that they need to disguise themselves as women and join an all girl musical band. Both men renamed themselves with the new identity as Josephine and Geraldine. Right off the bat they both meet the stunning Sugar Kane Kowalczyk (Monroe) and are mesmorized. Sugar is the lead singer and also plays the ukulele.

The band finally arrives in Florida and stay at a posh resort in Florida and find that many wealthy beachelors are there too. The film turns hysterically funny where Joe pretends to be a millioaire for Sugar since caring for her soo much. Both Joe and Jerry moonlight and struggle trying to fall in love with ladies and then be a lady themselves. They need to still ensure they keep hidden from the gangsters who are on the lookout for them and maintain the love lives they find. This film is a laugh out loud classic comedy and shows the pairing of Curtis, Lemmon and Monroe to be perfect! Lovely tunes such as "Runnin' Wild" "I Wanna Be Loved By You" "I'm Through With Love" and "Sweet Georgia Brown."
