Marilyn High Fashion: a leading lady in fashion and knowing her beauty!

Marilyn Monroe ALWAYS knew what looked perfect on her and was simple a DEFINING actress when it came to know how to dress for one's curves. Whether Marilyn was attending a movie premiere, attending an awards ceremony, going out on the town, special appearances around the world this lady awlays knew what worked best and was a true beauty. William Travilla simply known as "Travilla" in Hollywood was a perfect combination for leading lady Marilyn.  Travilla was a famous costume designer and met Marilyn in 1950 and from there started a lovely working relationship. His eye for style and elegance and her love of fashion/beauty was a perfect combination.





Travilla made many of Marilyn's famous gowns for films such as:

Travilla was nominated twice for his designs for Marilyn. Travilla and Marilyn were a perfect match for movie heaven and high glamour!
